My main issue with all Riverside Schools is on staff. They change staff and us Parents are not notified about the changes , I think they need to improve on communication with parents

I've had an amazing experience with the school! The teachers are dedicated and nurture each child's unique learning style. My child has thrived under their care, and I've seen significant growth in their confidence and academic abilities. The school encourages independence, critical thinking, and teamwork, and I've been impressed with how they support students who need extra help. Communication with the teachers has been open and regular, keeping me informed about my child's progress. The extracurricular activities are engaging and well-organized, offering something for everyone. I'm so glad I chose this school for my child – it's been a fantastic foundation for their education and personal growth!

I’m incredibly happy with my experience at Best Beginnings Alex Park. My child is in ECD B and has been doing exceptionally well both academically and socially. It’s such a joy to see how excited they are to go to school every day, that alone speaks volumes. The teachers are truly dedicated, nurturing, and professional. They create a warm and supportive learning environment that helps each child grow with confidence.I also really appreciate the variety of extracurricular activities offered, such as taekwondo, swimming, and ballet. These activities are not only fun but also help with discipline, physical development, and overall confidence.Thank you to the amazing team at Best Beginnings Alex Park for the great work you are doing!

As a parent whose children attend Best Beginnings Alex Park. Our experience has been a positive one. The teachers have been supportive and caring, and I’ve seen my children grow in confidence, independence, and social skills. The activities also go beyond what many other preschools offer and have been valuable to their overall development. Of course, every experience is different, but for us, the school has provided a really good foundation with open communication.

I would like to respectfully share a different perspective based on my personal experience as a parent at the school. I currently have a child there who is not exceptionally fast-paced but more of an average learner, and I have seen great improvement over time. The teachers have been supportive and encouraging, and my child continues to grow in confidence and ability. From what I have observed, the activities offered by the school are not just for show—they are educational and contribute meaningfully to the children’s development. Even the trips are well-organized and provide valuable learning experiences beyond the classroom. Every child is different, and experiences may vary, but in our case, we have been happy with the progress and care our child is receiving. I believe the school is doing a good job in nurturing and supporting its learners.

The teachers there work with naturally intelligent kids and if your child is slow/average or needs one on one guidance from the teacher .. they won't get it, you as a parent has to put in (90%) of the work & if you are not observant you will spend the rest of the time thinking something is wrong with your child but No it's the teachers, they have too much favoritism. I want to advise parents that If your kid is not very independent or quick to learn things don't send them there until primary school level, it's not a good foundation for them especially to learn basic fine motor skills, good mannerism and basic social skills. Another issue is too many unnecessary costly activities & requirements of which you can't really tell if the child is benefiting anything from those all they do is take nice pictures for the media making it clear that these kids are marketing tools for the school not assets. The parent to teacher communication is also very poor.
