ZIMSEC O and A Level November 2026 Exams Registration Deadline

Registration Deadline:

• 27 March 2026

Registration Requirements:

• A minimum of 10 candidates per centre at both Ordinary and Advanced Level
• Candidates must present valid identification documents (national ID, passport, driver’s licence, or certified birth certificate);
• Candidates must verify and sign off on their registration details before submission.
• Special needs candidates must have their requirements accurately indicated during registration

The Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education announced the March 27 registration deadline for the November 2026 Zimbabwe yesterday.

Director of communications and advocacy in the Ministry, Mr. Taungana Ndoro said ZIMSEC will not provide results to candidates who fail to sit for all learning area (subject) components.

The requirement probably comes from a situation where some schools register students for certain “required” subjects just to fulfil ZIMSEC registration requirements but the students do not sit for the exams.

Mr Ndoro warned them against unethical practices such as registering school candidates as private candidates to manipulate pass rates.
